• Handmade items take 5–10 business days to create before shipping.
• Premade items take – 3-5 business days to ship
• During peak seasons (holidays), processing may take longer.

Shipping Time:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Shipping Carriers:

• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and location.

Order Tracking:

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
