Because many of our products are handmade and/or custom made:

• Custom & Personalized Orders (tumblers, snow globes, T-shirts, etc.)
  → Final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

• Damaged or Defective Items
  → If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at valentincreations22@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
